Overgrown land shouldn’t be unusable land.
We started Overgrown Mowing with a simple idea: give property owners a practical way to reclaim the parts of their land that have become too overgrown, too steep or too difficult for conventional equipment.
Where we come from
Rural roots. Practical experience.
The team behind Overgrown Mowing comes from rural backgrounds, growing up around farms, orchards and lifestyle properties. We understand what it takes to keep land under control, and just how quickly gorse, blackberry, long grass and other invasive growth can take over when it gets ahead of you.
We’ve spent our share of long days behind brush cutters and conventional mowing equipment. Overgrown Mowing grew from the belief that there had to be a safer, faster and more economical way to tackle the steep, rough and difficult-to-access areas that ordinary mowing equipment simply can’t reach.
Today, we use specialised heavy-duty mowing and mulching machinery to help landowners reclaim overgrown ground and keep it manageable, without turning every difficult block into days of hard manual work.
What we believe in
Mulch it, don’t spray it.
We believe there’s a better way to take back overgrown land than reaching straight for herbicides. Our approach is simple: mow it, mulch it, and return it to the land.
Using heavy-duty flail mowing and mulching equipment, we mechanically cut down unwanted vegetation and process it into mulch on site. There’s no need to cart away mountains of green waste, and for many jobs there’s no need for chemical spraying at all.
It’s a practical no-spray alternative for landowners who want to tackle gorse, blackberry, woolly nightshade, long grass and other unwanted growth while reducing their reliance on herbicides.
